Appointment Policy

Booking & Deposit

• A non‑refundable booking retainer is required to secure your appointment. The retainer is applied to your service total.
• Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
• By booking, you agree to all policies listed on this page.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Please reschedule or cancel with as much notice as possible so we can offer your slot to clients on our waitlist.
• No‑Show Fee: Missed appointments without notice will incur a $99 charge to the card on file.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled. Contact us immediately so we can coordinate a new time. This ensures every client receives the full, uninterrupted service they deserve.
• Same‑day cancellations may forfeit the booking retainer.

Timely communication allows us to serve each client at the scheduled time and devote ample time to each planned procedure.

Eligibility & Health

• You must be 18+ with valid photo ID.
• Notify us of medical conditions, skin sensitivities, prior PMU, recent procedures (chemical peels, microneedling), Accutane use (past 12 months), pregnancy or nursing.
• Eyeliner appointments: Arrive without contact lenses and bring your glasses to wear home. This keeps your eyes comfortable and supports optimal healing.
• Lip procedures: If you have a history of cold sores, an antiviral prescription is recommended.
• Certain conditions may require a physician’s clearance; some may be contraindications.

Pre‑Care & Aftercare

• Follow your service‑specific pre‑care (provided at booking) for the best retention and comfort.
• We provide a complete aftercare kit and healing guidance for every procedure, with supervision by our expert artist.
• A Perfecting Session (touch‑up) may be recommended 6–12 weeks after the initial appointment depending on service and skin type.

Corrections & Legacy PMU

• No photos required prior to booking. There is nothing that Anna Khita cannot fix when it comes to botched permanent makeup or botched medical tattooing.
• We plan an individualized, multi‑step approach during your in‑studio consultation and service (for example: color cancellation/neutralization, shape redesign, optional non‑laser removal, and targeted re‑implantation).

Guests, Children & Pets

• For safety and focus, no additional guests are allowed in the treatment room.
• No children or pets are permitted in the studio (service animals welcome).

Payments & Policies

• We accept major cards and cash. Balances are due at time of service.
• All retainers are non‑refundable. Digital products and services are non‑refundable.
• Results vary by skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve your goals.
• By proceeding, you consent to before/after photography for charting and (with permission) education/marketing.
