1) Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content (text, images, videos, graphics, manuals, curricula) is owned or licensed by Face Naked Studio.
• Personal educational use only. No reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe our intellectual property.

2) Booking, Payments & Deposits

• Appointments and classes may require a non‑refundable retainer applied to your total.
• Balances are due at time of service or by stated deadlines for training.
• We accept major cards and cash; digital purchases are processed via secure gateways. All charges are in USD.

3) Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No‑Shows

• We reserve dedicated time for each client. Please reschedule with timely notice so we can accommodate our waitlist.
• No‑Show Fee: Missed appointments without notice are charged $99 to the card on file.
• Late Arrivals: 30+ minutes late requires rescheduling so we can provide full, uninterrupted service.

4) Eligibility, Health & Safety

• Clients must be 18+ with valid ID. Disclose relevant medical conditions, recent procedures, medications, pregnancy/nursing status.
• Eyeliner clients: arrive without contact lenses and bring your glasses to wear home.
• Lip services: clients with a history of cold sores should use an antiviral as prescribed.
• We maintain aseptic protocols and provide complete aftercare kits & healing supervision.

5) Results, Corrections & Limitations

• Results vary due to skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. Multiple sessions may be required.
• We specialize in Botched Permanent Makeup Fix and botched medical tattooing. No photos required prior to booking; individualized plans are created in studio.
• Examples shown are illustrative; outcomes are not guaranteed.

6) Training & Education Terms

• Enrollment is subject to course‑specific agreements. Deposits/tuition are typically non‑refundable; rescheduling may be offered per your registration terms.
• Manuals and training materials are for the enrolled student’s personal use only.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of qualifying in‑person/online courses (not for manuals alone).

7) Digital Products & Manuals

• Delivered electronically and non‑refundable once downloaded or accessed.
• One license per purchaser; redistribution or resale is prohibited.

8) Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and protection.

9) Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
• Where permitted, disputes will be addressed via mediation or arbitration before litigation.
